THE MOST COMMON MISTAKE MANY SPEAKERS MAKE
Very often, when speaking to an audience, people build overly complex sentences and use long words. Firstly, it can bring down the speaker himself, and, secondly, it confuses the listeners. So it is better to avoid this format of speech construction.

Is public speaking easy to learn?

About learning to speak
A famous proverb says that a donkey can be led to water, but no shaitan will make him drink. 
No matter who teaches us, no matter how they teach, we learn ourselves. And from how much we need knowledge, so we learn.
