Description of knitted blouse. I quote the author in full.

I’ll tell you how I did it, I’ll describe not only the knitting process itself, but I’ll also try to explain the principle of knitting on toys, so that in the future you can knit another model yourself. After all, there is a long and sometimes cold winter ahead, and the animals also want warmth!

I am not a knitter, and certainly not a fashion designer, I rarely take knitting needles, so I do not claim to be 100% correct in my methods and descriptions. Therefore, do not judge strictly)))

In order to create such a blouse, you will need only minimal knitting skills (a set of loops, increases and closing loops)

1st stage. Building a pattern

To knit absolutely any thing for a bear, we, like for any clothes, need a pattern. Where will we take it? That's right, let's not be lazy and build it ourselves.
This is done quite simply. We arm ourselves with a meter, a sheet of paper (or rather, take a few sheets), a pencil, a ruler and, most importantly, a bear!

We will take measurements and immediately build a pattern.

The first measurement is the length of the blouse. We measure it in the middle of the bear's back from the base of the head to the intended point of the bottom.

Set aside this value vertically

Then measure the width of the back from shoulder to shoulder

Divide this value in half and set aside perpendicular to the length

We also divide the value in half and set aside perpendicular to the bottom

To build an armhole, you need to measure the length of the paw from the shoulder to the armpit (phew, I could not formulate for a long time)))

Lay horizontally down from the shoulder cut. We complete the pattern.

We got half of the back. In principle, the same pattern will also be the front shelf, with the only difference being that you need to finish the neck)))

But bears are not people and therefore their proportions may not always be proportional. So it was with me. The bear turned out to be pot-bellied))) That is, the front should be slightly wider than the back. To do this, we make the following measurements and build a pattern.

Neck height

Front Width

Shoulder length

We boldly redraw the armhole from the back, make the bottom wider, finish building it.

Draw the neck

Sleeve. We measure the length of the paw from the shoulder to the wrist

wrist circumference

Set aside the length and girth of the wrist.

The length of the upper line CD equals the height of the armhole multiplied by 2. CC1 and DD1 are the width of the armhole. We connect the dots. The sleeve pattern is ready.

Well, it remains to build a hood pattern.

To do this, we measure the half-girth of the head, it is better to be looser so that the ears are not cramped)))

Neck girth (divided in half)

And the estimated width along the top

We are building. I think everything is clear here.

In principle, you can simply connect with a straight line, but I wanted to make a more rounded hood. This is half the hood.

It is better to make the hood and back full-size, that is, not in half)))

2nd stage. Knitting

I knitted with semi-woolen threads 250 m per 100 g, knitting needles No. 3.5. I recommend that you determine the density of knitting before starting. To do this, knit a square and measure how many loops are in 10 cm of the fabric. This will help you cast on the exact number of stitches in the future.

Back:
Cast on 22 stitches (20+2 hem stitches). Knit 2 rows with an elastic band (1 out., 1 persons.)

3-12 rows - front and back surface.
13-14 rows - closefor armholes 2 loops.
15-16 rows - close for armholes in 1 loop.
17-28 rows - front and back surface.
29 row - close all the loops.

Attention! Your number of rows may differ from mine. Constantly apply the fabric to the pattern to determine how many more rows you need to knit!
And be sure to write down how much and what you knitted, how many loops closed. So that symmetrical or second parts are the same!

The back is ready!

Front shelf:
Cast on 14 stitches (12+2 hem stitches).
1-2 row - gum
3-12 rows - front and back boat.
13 row - close 2 loops for the armhole
15 row - cast off 1 st.
17-23 a row of wear and faces. smooth surface.
24 row - close 4 loops for the neck
26 row - close 2 loops.
28 row - close 1 loop.
29 row - close all the loops.
Knit the second shelf symmetrically.

Sleeve:
Cast on 20 stitches (18+2 chrome)
1-2 row - gum.
3 row - add 1 loop from each edge.
4-6 row without additions.
7 row. - add 1 loop from each edge.
8-14 row - without additions.
15 row - add 1 loop from each edge.
16-20 row without additions.
23-24 row - close 1 loop
25 row cast off all loops.
Knit the second sleeve in the same way.

Hood:
Cast on 56 stitches (54+2 chrome)
1-2 row - gum.
3-16 row - front and out. smooth surface.
17-18 row - close 1 loop.
19-20 row - close 2 loops.
21-22 row - close 1 loop.
23-24 row - close 3 loops.
25-26 row - close 7 loops.
27-28 row - close 4 loops.
29-30 row - close 5 loops.
31-32 row - close 2 loops.
Finish knitting. Close all loops.

A lovely sweater made of soft plush yarn is a great gift for a baby. Cozy knitted sweater with the application will bring any kid into a real delight. Yes, and knitting such a sweater for mom is a pleasure.

So, to knit a sweater with an applique for the age of 2 years, you should stock up on the following yarn:

  • 2 skeins of red Alize soft and half a skein of white from the same series;
  • half a skein of red Alize baby bull (for cuffs);
  • leftovers of white, black and blue yarn (of the same density) - for appliqué.

For knitting, hook No. 3.5 and knitting needles No. 3 are used. Knitting density: 3 * 3 cm = 7 rows * 7 loops.

Let's start knitting. We will knit all cuffs and collars with Alize Baby Wool yarn in 2 additions.

We start knitting before. To do this, we knit 10 rows with an elastic band 1X1 from the dialed 42 loops.

Then we switch to Softy yarn and knit with front stitch, adding 4 loops. We knit with a single piece of cloth 66-68 rows:

Then you need to close the central 8 loops:

Further, only one part will be knitted. We knit the row to the end and decrease 1 loop at the end. We knit on the wrong side to the place of closed loops and turn over. Now in this and subsequent front rows you need to knit 2 loops together: the second with the third. So each time there are fewer and fewer loops. When 12-13 loops remain on the needle, you can close them:

We repeat the same for the other side, only mirrored. Before ready:

We knit in the same way backrest. Only with a solid canvas it is worth knitting 4 rows more. In the 66th and 70th rows, we cut the extreme loops. Then, in the 72nd row, we close 10 central loops. After that, we knit the right and left parts, as well as the front parts. Ready:

Now let's get to sleeves. We collect 34 loops and knit 8 cm cuff also with an elastic band 1X1.

Then we introduce the Softy thread, and cut that thread:

View from the inside:

We perform 4 additions and knit approximately to the elbow (we measure according to the baby). Next, we begin to gradually add loops, every 4 rows. The result should be 46 loops. We close the loops. It turns out this sleeve:

We knit another one.

Then exactly sew together all details:

After that, we will knit a collar. To do this, we introduce knitting needles into the extreme loops of the neck:

We knit a row of facial:

And then we begin to knit with an elastic band 1X1. So we knit 6-10 rows (depending on the desired height) and close with the elastic closing of the loops:

After that, we start decorating. We knit muzzle bear crochet pattern:

It turns out like this:

Then we knit the bow part separately, using the previous pattern. We knit 2 rows according to the scheme, and then a row with half-columns with a crochet.

Nose.

Then we take white and blue threads. We will knit a triangle hat.

We collect 20 loops and knit 4 rows of elastic in blue. Then we introduce a white thread and begin to knit with the front stitch, alternating white and blue colors. In each front row, we cut the loops until there are 3-4 loops left, which can simply be pulled off.

Making a pom-pom:

After that, we knit paws. Taking the scheme as a basis, we knit 1 row (for small circles) and 2 (for large circles).

We sew the whole decor:

How to knit with your own hands

For work, we need cotton threads of 2 colors, knitting needles, scissors, thread, needle, hook, ruler, centimeter, buttons and a bear.

We measure the girth of the neck of our toy. We measure with a ribbon - it's more convenient.

We calculate how many loops it is. For example, the neck is 7.2 cm, and there are 3.3 loops in 1 cm. We consider: 7.2 cm x 3.3 loops = 23.76 loops. Round to 24 stitches.

And now the hardest part!!! 24 pet. - 6 pet. (2 edging and 4 loops for raglan) = 18 loops. 18 pet. : 3= 6 sts. The first six loops on the back. We divide the second in half 3 + 3 - these are our sleeves. The third ones are also in half 3 + 3 - these are shelves. Scheme below.

Cast on 24 stitches and purl the first row. In the next row: I remove the hem, 3 l., 1 yarn, 1 l., 1 yarn, 3 l., 1 yarn, 1 l., 1 yarn, 6 l., 1 yarn, 1 l., 1 yarn, 3 l. , 1 yarn, 1 l., 1 yarn, 3 l, close the row. On the wrong side, I knit everything with purl loops. Next, in each front row, I make yarn overs on both sides of the “raglan” loop.

I knit until the moment when it will be possible to connect the sleeve under the arm. Next, I knit a shelf and a sleeve without making crochets. I turn the work and knit in the opposite direction.
