Do-it-yourself Easter eggs from Kanzashi satin ribbons, Artichoke, do-it-yourself eggs from beads, pasta, to kindergarten - a master class with a photo. How to make an Easter egg from ribbons? Kanzashi eggs for Easter

We continue the topics of crafts that we started in previous issues. Oh, and a busy week turned out ... What we just did not do. And which is great in the form of crafts in a wicker basket, and even mysterious (why mysterious, read the article), as well as to school or kindergarten. There were a lot of options.

It even became interesting - who will receive the main prize? Probably, it will be you ... After all, today we have another topic. And if earlier we showed the quilling technique during manufacturing, then for today's master class we will need:

  • satin ribbons,
  • bead,
  • plastic bottles,
  • PVA glue

Oh yes! Before you start, I want to recommend Be sure to try cooking, and write comments below. Thank you in advance!

As you know, the celebration of Easter falls on different days. In 2019, the day of this holiday will be 2 April 8 (Sunday).

Compared to last year, the celebration of Easter has shifted by as much as twenty days and will fall on April 28th. Such a difference in dates is due to the fact that the celebration of Easter, according to tradition, always falls on the first Sunday after the spring full moon following the spring equinox.

But within the framework of this article, we will not talk about the holiday itself, but its attributes, familiar to everyone. Preparing for this bright holiday, people cook Easter cakes, make Easter and paint eggs.

Moreover, eggs can be made not only as a dish served on the festive table, but also as a decoration. Here's how to decorate your home with Easter eggs and what to make them from and will be discussed in this article.

Easter egg craft from satin ribbons and beads

To make decorative Easter eggs, we need blanks of either plastic, or foam, or wooden eggs. If you have a familiar craftsman who can carve an egg out of wood or polystyrene foam, order him. And so, now there are a lot of shops that sell anything for creativity. You can also find craft eggs there.

Let's start with the simplest - a beaded Easter egg.

For this craft, we need multi-colored beads, PVA glue and the egg itself.

We scatter the beads on separate plates, saucers, etc., so that each color is separate.

Now we take a plastic egg and smear it with glue from all sides.

In order not to hold the egg in our hands, we pierce it with a toothpick or a canapé skewer and thus work with it. Having smeared the egg with glue, put it in a container with beads and, rotating, stick the beads on the egg.

As soon as enough beads got on the egg - we choose it ourselves, put the egg to dry.

That's the whole process.

Easter egg from satin ribbons

This craft is somewhat more laborious, but no less beautiful.

  • plastic egg (if you do it carefully, you can use a regular chicken one by blowing the insides out of it)
  • scissors
  • satin multicolored ribbons
  • PVA glue
  • double sided tape

For further decoration, you can also take beads. We start by wrapping the egg with double-sided tape.

After the egg has been wrapped completely with adhesive tape, we take a satin ribbon and begin to wrap the egg with it over the adhesive tape. Thus, the adhesive tape serves as a kind of base on which the tape is attached.

As soon as the whole egg was completely wrapped with tape, cut it off and fix the cut end of the tape on the egg with glue. You can also hem it neatly.

To make the egg stand, we make a stand for it. Next, we decorate with beads, which can either be sewn or glued. Having completed the composition, attaching a bow from the same satin ribbon on top, we will get such a wonderful craft.

Well, if you also make various flowers, you get this composition:

Easter egg basket made of plastic bottles

The previous section talked about how to make an Easter egg. Here we will make a basket from a plastic bottle for an egg.

All we need is a bottle and scissors.

We cut off the top of the bottle, but so that two strips remain on the sides, which will later be the handles of the basket.

In such a basket we put a hand-made Easter egg and put the craft on the festive table.

Another interesting version of the basket is a flower. Cut off the bottom of the bottle. Then we make cuts in the form of petals to the neck and bend them to the sides.

Now we decorate the workpiece. You can either paint it, or spread small pieces of colored paper, beads, etc. by spreading PVA. It remains to put the egg inside and put it on the table.

Good luck in your work!

Easter egg master class from origami modules. Step-by-step instruction

Anyone who loves to do origami, i.e. making paper crafts, this method of collecting an Easter egg from paper modules can come in handy.

To make this craft, you will need a lot of colored paper. It will be necessary to make blanks from it - modules for future crafts. The number of colors depends on what you want to see your craft. Therefore, it is better to draw a drawing in advance.

First of all, we prepare the paper. Having picked up all the necessary colors, we make small rectangles out of them, approximately 5x7 cm. Their number is very large. Depending on the size of the craft - from 800 to 900 modules. But do not be afraid of this number, but then the result will undoubtedly please you.

Having prepared the paper - cutting it into the required number of rectangles of a given size, you can begin to manufacture modules. We do them in the following way:

The manufactured modules have two pockets in which they will be inserted into each other.

Now we take modules of the same color and make a chain out of them.

The result should look like this ring:

It turned out the first two rows. Now we put the third row on them. Here already, according to the artistic design, you can alternate color modules.

In the fourth row there are already two modules per pocket. The color also changes.

The fifth and sixth rows are formed in a similar way. In the seventh row, the modules are already built up by four.

The eighth row is going the same way. You can only add other colors. Everything, as mentioned earlier, depends on the original color scheme of your craft. If you are making an egg with a pattern, then initially lay out the modules according to the scheme of your drawing. Thus, increasing the rows of modules, we get such an assembly.

We collect rows up to 15 like the previous ones, and then we begin to reduce the number of modules so that the egg begins to round down.

When you finish the rows, you should get this Easter egg:

Now you need to make a stand. To do this, we collect the first two rows in a ring of 18 modules in each row.

This is the top of the stand. We do the bottom in the same way. To fasten the lower and upper parts, we assemble a ring of 12 modules.

Now we squeeze the tops of these modules a little, turning them inside out.

We lay out five more rows to get such a design.

We connect all parts of the stand, put an egg on it and the craft is ready.

Ribbon Easter egg

In this craft, as in the one described earlier, we make an egg from ribbons, but with only one difference: we wrap the egg with several ribbons of different colors at once.

To make this craft, we need:

  • PVA glue
  • Satin ribbons in different colors
  • Beads or beads for decoration

We take two ribbons of different colors at once, grease their ends with glue and attach to the egg.

We wrap the egg in a circle, to the place where the tips were attached, cut off and attach the cut part to them with glue.

Wrap the whole egg in the same way.

Using ribbons of different colors, you can make several of these decorated Easter eggs.

Now it remains to take beads or beads, or something similar at hand and decorate the craft with them.

Easter egg craft with pasta and balloon

Perhaps this is the most original craft I have found.

For its manufacture, various types of pasta are needed: both long and shells. In short, all types that you can only find at home or in a store. As a base, you can take a papier-mâché egg or a balloon.

This manufacturing method consists in gluing the base with pasta. Using different pasta, you can create an interesting look for crafts.

So, it is best to take a balloon for this purpose. We glue it with pasta and set it on a stand.

You can leave the craft and this, you can make it a little more original. We do not seal the entire ball, but leave oval “windows” on two opposite sides.

When everything is dry, we cut out these windows, as a result, there will be free space inside. You can make some kind of craft, such as a chapel, and put it inside the egg. You can not put anything. Close up the back window with long pasta

If you decide to make an additional chapel, then putting it inside the egg will get such an original composition.

And you can make a chapel using an unnecessary CD, on which we paste a pasta structure.

When everything is dry, paint the composition with spray paint. That's all, good luck with your work.

And at the end, watch the video on how to make an Easter egg using satin ribbons.

A unique Easter souvenir can be an egg made in the form of a pendant or keychain, decorated with petals and kanzashi patterns. Painted eggs and Easter cakes, willow twigs and floral patterns are considered symbols of the Great Easter holiday. The proposed product claims to be a wonderful talisman, a symbol of spring awakening and a gift for the closest people. On this day, it is not customary to give expensive presents, but such hand-made products are quite suitable.

An Easter egg using the kanzashi technique can be made flat - kanzashi petals are glued onto a flat cardboard base or voluminous - onto a wooden egg-shaped blank. The first method is easier, ideal for beginners.

You will need:

  • milky felt (or white);
  • egg template made of paper or plastic;
  • gold lace, a piece of chain or a magnet (depending on the intended purpose of the product);
  • 38 narrow pieces of champagne satin ribbon - 1.2 * 4 cm;
  • 6 square blanks of red satin ribbon - 2.5 * 2.5 cm;
  • 6 square blanks of pink satin ribbon - 2.5 * 2.5 cm;
  • 6 square blanks of yellow satin ribbon - 2.5 * 2.5 cm
  • 12 square blanks of green satin ribbon - 2.5 * 2.5 cm;
  • 5 double-sided green stamens (regular or sugar)
  • 3 multi-colored half beads with a diameter of 0.8 cm to match the ribbon: red, yellow and pink
  • 20 pink half-beads with a diameter of 0.5 cm.

Master class: making an Easter egg using the kanzashi technique for beginners

Prepare a template in the form of an egg from milk-colored felt. You can make a blank of any size commensurate with a real egg, or more. Be guided by the fact that the more you have a base, the more petals you will have to model in order to completely cover it. Cut off narrow champagne satin stripes to model first grade petals. They will completely cover the surface of the egg. To make each petal, first singe the sides of the strips with a lighter. Then bend the segments in a special way: in the center at an angle of 90 degrees, then move the upper part of the corner again so as to combine both parts, and a corner appears in the center. Thus, on the wrong side, a pocket will appear in the upper part of the petal, and on the front, the surface will be smooth. Singe the combined ends of the ribbon again, but very carefully so that the delicate satin does not melt. Squeeze the hot ribbon with your fingers or tweezers to hold the ends in place.

If you initially prepared a 7 cm by 11.5 cm felt template (similar to a standard egg), you will need approximately 38 light petals, as indicated in the materials list. Make the required number of kanzashi fragments.

Glue the petals onto the felt, starting at the top (narrower) part. Glue one element at the base, then the second layer of two elements, the third of three, arranging the details in a checkerboard pattern.

Continue to fasten the elements, expanding their number. The fourth layer should contain 4 parts, the fifth - 5. When gluing the lower petals, partially overlap them on the upper ones in order to evenly fill the entire felt field and not leave gaps.

Glue two more layers containing 5 and 6 elements, respectively. Then leave a small gap to stick a bouquet of bright flowers. From below, glue three layers of petals containing 3, 4 and 5 elements, respectively, when viewed from the bottom up. Thus, the upper part of the petals will be directed with sharp corners up, and the lower part - down.

To create bright flowers, prepare squares of red, pink and yellow flowers, 6 pieces each. The side of the squares should be 2.5 cm. Scorch the cut sides.

Make the petals in the form of rounded droplets. Bend the squares diagonally, then glue together all three corners in the resulting triangle. You will get a part in the form of a square with a gap in the middle. Take the two corners of the square located on the sides of the gap with your fingers back, while the central part of the petal will open. Close the ends, solder with a flame. The letter V should be visible on the back of the petal, in front it should look like a droplet with a fold in the center.

Make 6 petals of each color: red, pink and yellow. From green squares in the amount of 12 pieces, prepare the leaves. The technique for their execution is the same as for the petals, but at the end the workpiece should be squeezed from the sides to make the leaf narrow.

Glue the petals into flowers, assembling the details by flower. Glue a half-bead of the corresponding shade into the central part of each flower. Also prepare bunches of green stamens. Make two tridents from green leaves, leave the remaining 6 blanks unchanged.

Do you want to quickly learn how to make sharp and round petals from satin ribbons? See the Kanzashi master class for beginners

Glue the flowers into the empty space on the egg, and place green leaves and stamens between them.

If your plans include creating a keychain for a handbag or pendant, then glue a loop of gold lace or chain on the back. Also, such a product will look great in the form of a fridge magnet.

To make the souvenir sparkle, stick small pink half-beads on the outer petals.

Creating kanzashi products is a real art. Anyone can master this technique in order to create wonderful accessories, souvenirs and jewelry for themselves and loved ones.

You can and should also remember at the time of preparing gifts for Easter.

Egg decor with ribbons

A decorative Easter egg can be decorated with satin ribbons, make a decorative flowering stand, one of the interesting options is described in this master class. You can engage in such creativity with your children, because they always prepare for the holidays with great pleasure.

Materials and tools

To make a decorative egg on a green stand you will need:

  • - decorative wooden egg;
  • - white satin ribbon 0.5 cm;
  • - a gold-colored tire;
  • - cylindrical foam plastic from a coil of tape;
  • - a felt circle with a diameter equal to the diameter of the foam;
  • - green tape for winding (about a size of about 13.5 cm by 2.5 cm will be needed).

To make a floral bouquet you will need:

  • - 5 pieces of pink satin ribbon - 2.5 * 2.5 cm;
  • - 10 pieces of gold-colored satin ribbon - 2.5 * 2.5 cm;
  • - 10 pieces of red satin ribbon - 2.5 * 2.5 cm;

  • wood burner or soldering iron,
  • glue gun.

How to make a souvenir - an egg for Easter

1. The list of materials required for work indicates wooden egg. Such foundations can be bought today at any art store. If you cannot find such a detail, then use a real egg. Poke a very small hole in it so as not to break the integrity of the shell. Let the liquid flow out, then you can rinse the inside with water and use it for work. But the empty shell is very fragile, it will be difficult for an inexperienced person to work with it. Another option is an egg or foam base. In the first case, preliminary work will be required to prepare a model of an egg from paper, in the second, you need to cut out a smooth part from a soft material. Wrap a white satin ribbon on the prepared base with a dense layer.

2. Take the styrofoam cylinder from the roll of tape, the green satin ribbon, and the green felt circle.

3. Wind the tape on the side (select the size in the process, you can cut off the excess), glue the ends, glue the felt circle on top to get a stand for an Easter souvenir.

5. Lubricate the strips of the golden tire with glue. Then, using tweezers, glue along the egg.

6. Glue the egg and base stand, or you can do this at the very end.

7. Prepare red, orange and yellow squares for the bouquet (flower petals will be made from them).

8. Each petal is made according to the traditional modeling technique, only at the end each detail needs to be turned out to get a convex petal.

9. For flowers, you need to prepare 5 petals each, and also collect stamen bushes by flowers.

10. Glue the petals in a circle, inserting three heads of stamens into the center.

11. Bend the green pieces of tape in half, then disconnect diagonally with a soldering iron. Pointed details will become blades of grass.

12. Glue the blades of grass around the circumference of the stand cylinder. Green stamens can be distributed between the green parts.

13. Glue flowers around the circumference - you get a wonderful imitation of a meadow.

14. You can also glue a tire strip at the bottom edge.

A wonderful Easter accessory is ready. It can be placed in the center of the festive table or presented to someone from the family. It is also customary to sanctify food and candles on Easter, a wonderful souvenir can be placed in for decoration and go to church.

Egg in the artichoke technique

A very interesting modern way of making Easter eggs is the Artichoke technique, so named due to the similarity of finished products with the inflorescences of the plant of the same name.

To fasten elements from satin ribbons, you can use needles with small heads (pins):

Or you can plant ribbon elements on glue, such as a glue gun. Consider the option of gluing tapes, which I prepared.

In order to make an Easter egg in this technique you will need:

  • Satin ribbons 25 mm wide, 2 colors, 1 meter each.
  • Styrofoam egg.
  • Glue gun or many thin pins.
  • Scissors.

Decorating the egg starts from the top. To do this, you need a square of satin ribbon, which is fixed at the very top with hot glue.

In the middle, you can attach a half-bead. It is needed not only for beauty, but also in order to navigate when placing modules.

For further work, you will need pieces of tape 5 cm long.

The corners of the segment must be bent to the middle so that a triangle is obtained. You can also fix the structure with a small drop of hot glue.

The triangles of the first row must be glued so that the upper corner is as close as possible to the bead.

Thus, 4 triangles are glued.

Then, stepping back about 0.5 cm, glue the second row.

Modules of a different color are glued starting from the second row between those already glued.

Thus, alternating colors, you need to glue everything to the very end.

The bottom of the egg should also be sealed with a square of tape.

And we make a stand. To do this, the triangles are glued with the reverse side in the opposite direction.

Decorative Easter egg in the artichoke technique is ready. This method is quite easy to learn, and the result is amazing. We wish you creative success!

This is a real art that requires perseverance and patience. But, believe me, the result of such efforts will not leave anyone indifferent. For example, do-it-yourself Easter eggs made from satin ribbons using the kanzashi technique turn out to be exquisite and incredibly beautiful. Necessary materials for DIY Easter eggs from satin ribbons

  • plastic egg
  • scissors
  • satin ribbons in different colors
  • glue gun
  • double sided tape
  • candle
  • thread and needle
  • beads

Instructions on how to make Easter eggs from ribbons using the kanzashi technique with your own hands

  1. As a basis for this master class, a plastic egg from a children's toy is used. If necessary, it can be replaced with a wooden blank or even an empty shell. In order to get the shell of the egg, you need to carefully pierce the top and bottom with a needle and pour out its contents. But you need to be prepared for the fact that the shell is easily damaged and you need to work with it very carefully. So, the entire surface of the base must be wrapped with double-sided tape.

  2. Now the egg must be decorated with a satin ribbon. It is best to take a ribbon 6 mm thick and 5 meters long. The tape should be gently applied to the surface of the egg and cover it completely, wrapping it vertically. In this case, a new layer of tape must be wound slightly overlapped.

  3. In order for the tape to hold tightly and not slip, it must be wound crosswise on the “ass” of the egg.

  4. After the entire surface of the egg is wrapped, cut off the end of the tape and fix it with glue from below. The base is ready!

  5. Now you need to make decorative flowers. To do this, a tape of a contrasting color 1 cm wide must be cut into pieces, 2 cm long. Each such piece will become a petal. One flower needs 5 petals. In order for the segment to have the shape of a petal, the ribbon must be carefully scorched from above in an arc over a candle fire.

  6. From the bottom of the segment, you need to make a fold, cut off the excess and burn it on fire. Do this very carefully and do not bring the tape too close to the candle in order to avoid fire and damage to the workpiece.

  7. From a piece of green tape, 2.5 cm wide, a small piece should be cut off - this will be the basis for the flower leaf. With scissors, it is necessary to give the segment the desired oval shape and also process the edges on fire.

  8. Now you need to collect the flower. To do this, 5 petals should be strung on an ordinary needle and thread. Then in the middle you need to insert stamens - pieces of wire with beads at the end. After tighten the thread and glue the leaf.

  9. It remains to attach the finished flowers to the Easter egg itself. For this, it is most convenient to use a glue gun.

  10. In conclusion, you can decorate the decorative egg with beads or pearls, which also need to be fixed with glue. Ready!

Instructions on how to make do-it-yourself Easter eggs from satin ribbons in the style of an artichoke

  1. In order for the egg to turn out beautiful, we recommend using several ribbons of different colors. The optimal width is 2-2.5 cm. We cut the tapes into pieces 3-5 cm long, depending on the size of the foam blank. We will also need a few square pieces of tape. We will fold each piece of tape into a triangle, with the corners inward, as shown in the photo below.

  2. With the help of needles, we fix a square piece of tape on the top of the egg. Then we close it with 4 triangular blanks according to the principle that can be seen in the next photo.

  3. We lay out the next row from ribbons of a different color according to the same principle.

  4. In a checkerboard pattern, we fix the next row of pieces of tape.

  5. We also lay out the fourth row in a checkerboard pattern, but with a ribbon of a different color. We fix the next row according to the same principle, but with the help of ribbon segments of the third color.

  6. We continue to fill the entire surface of the egg with new multi-colored rows of satin ribbons.

  7. For the last 2-3 rows, we use smaller triangles from segments 2 by 2.5 cm. We fix them according to the same principle in a checkerboard pattern with needles. We close the base of the egg with a square piece of tape.

  2. After you have decided on the decor, you need to prepare a brush and glue. The best thing for this master class is ordinary PVA stationery glue, which will need to be poured into a small container for convenience.

  3. We put a plastic egg on a wooden skewer and carefully coat its entire surface with a fairly thick layer of glue.

  4. We quickly dip the workpiece into a container with small beads and “interfere” the beads with the egg so that they stick to the base as tightly as possible.

  5. After making sure that the egg is evenly and completely covered with beads, leave it to dry. After that, carefully remove the skewer. Ready!
