We exchanged phone numbers, then corresponded, saw each other a couple of times in Moscow, and after a while my phone changed and we lost contact. A few years later, he saw me on Instagram and wrote a message, and then called on my birthday from America. After that, we already began to communicate every day, but then still on a friendly wave. We talked for about four hours a day on facetime.

Yes, since November 2014 we have been talking as friends. In February of the following year, I flew to Los Angeles for acting classes, Sasha had a game there, and we saw each other again. Then he went to Washington, and I flew to visit him. Since then, we have been living like this (laughs).
How did he propose to you? And was it an official proposal or a joint decision to get married?
It was exactly the proposal, everything is as it should be. By the way, this is a very funny story. I was in the shower, and suddenly Sasha knocks on my door. Everything is quite simple: there was no time. We really wanted to get married, but it was simply not possible to prepare a wedding. Sasha had a world championship, so we decided to postpone everything for a year.
Does Sasha take part in organizing the wedding?
In general, yes, to the best of your ability and free time. Last night he writes to me: “So, I have an idea!”. I say: "So, let's go tomorrow." He makes his own adjustments, which I really like. But in fact, when it comes to invitations, decor and other details, he completely trusts me and my taste. Of course, I consulted with him and showed options.
Until a certain point, while Sasha had the NHL playoffs, I didn’t bother him at all with wedding questions, because it was very important point in his life. And when the tournament ended, I began to involve him in the process.
Did you dream of a wedding as a child?
No, I didn't even think about it. Maybe because since childhood, my parents arranged for me big celebration for each of my birthdays. And I always lacked emotions, attention. There were many guests, gifts, artists performed. So I never wanted a wedding as such.
But surely there were some wishes for the wedding?
Everything is simple for me: I love the classics. I do not like some kind of art - it's not mine. In this regard, it is quite easy for me.
Nastya, what is marriage in your understanding, and why is it needed?
A very difficult question. I believe that it is necessary at least for children, they must be born in marriage. Since we are planning children, why not legalize our relationship now.
What is the most important thing in marriage and in relationships between people?
I think respect and trust. It is important to feel cared for and know that this person will always support you in everything, even if you are wrong.
How would you describe your relationship with Sasha?
We try to do everything for each other. He often tells me that I combine a friend, a girlfriend, a lover, a wife. This is the main thing, because with this person, when the children grow up, you will be left alone. I'm on this moment I understand that this is the same, my man, and I want to live with him all my life, and with him I see myself in old age.
Do you go to Sasha's games?
