It is customary for us to decorate rooms for the New Year with the help of garlands, but such decorations can also be used for other holidays. For example, an Easter garland will be a great addition to the usual attributes and will cheer you up. you can do it with your own hands. The manufacturing process will be especially exciting if all family members are involved in it.

Consider two options for Easter garlands.

Option one. Vertical garland with butterflies and eggs.

To make such a decoration, you should prepare: scissors, a pencil or a pen, colored cardboard or colored paper, glue or tape, gift wrapping tape.

1. Since the garland should consist of paper eggs and butterflies, it is necessary to prepare their templates. You will need one butterfly template and two egg templates (small and large). Then we circle the patterns on colored cardboard or paper and cut them out. The number and size of elements can be arbitrary.

2. We take a ribbon for wrapping gifts and vertically place all the details on it in turn, attaching it with glue or tape. It is better to use cardboard with drawings to make the garland look brighter.

Option two. Horizontal garland with rabbits.

To make such a garland, you must use: colored cardboard, glue, cotton wool, cord, scissors, pencil or pen.

1. First you need to draw and cut out the rabbit and egg patterns, but keep in mind that the egg should be smaller than the rabbit. Then we cut out the required number of rabbits and eggs from colored cardboard. On the backs of the rabbits we glue paper testicles and tails from pieces of cotton wool.

2. After that, it remains only to make holes on the tips of the ears of the rabbits and thread the cord through them.

Easter is approaching. Multi-colored eggs on the table... Do you know that they can be not only there?! Decorate your home with a wonderful Easter garland with colored eggs! You can make an unusual and bright decoration for your home with your own hands! This Easter garland is very easy to make and looks original.

We will need:

  1. Printed Templates
  2. book pages
  3. Pieces of colored paper
  4. Markers (optional)
  5. Twine or twine
  6. Glue gun, scissors and pencil.

Work sequence:

1). Print out the template (you can just draw them on thick paper). Circle the flag on the book pages and the egg on colored paper. You will need two eggs of the same color for each flag.

2). Cut out all the blanks and circle the edges of the eggs with felt-tip pens of the appropriate colors, and the edges of the flags in one color, if you want. (The tops of the flags do not need to be outlined yet).

3). To give the egg a 3-D effect, fold one of the two blanks in half with the right side inward and quickly run the glue gun along the fold. Use a very small amount of glue. Quickly glue the blank to the front side of the second blank.

4). Bend the top of the flag 1.25 cm and circle the resulting edge with a felt-tip pen. Glue an egg in the middle of each flag.

5). It's time to collect the garland! Cut a piece of twine (string) to the desired length. Arrange the flags evenly along the entire length. Then apply glue to the inside of the fold at the top of each flag and glue it so that the twine is inside. Squeeze the fold for a few seconds while the glue dries.

6). Hang up your charming garland, take a few steps back and enjoy!

Step 2

Fold the details of the egg from thin and dense felt, chop off with tailor's pins and sew with a buttonhole according to the pattern.

Decorate the white side of the egg halfway with long running stitches.

Step 3

Glue separate felt parts for the hare and cockerel according to the photo, glue the eyes. Place your own motif on each egg and glue it. Cut out the velvet paper with a hole punch and glue white dots to the eggs. For daffodils, glue two flower motifs to each other, slightly shifting. Sew the felt cores along the edge with small stitches, pull the beginning and end of the thread a little and tie. Place the resulting cup in the middle of each flower. From sisal, tie small bows, sew a button to each bow. Glue the bows to the eggs. For hanging on each egg, punch a hole from above, thread a waxed thread, tie a knot, string a wooden bead, tie the ends of the thread.
